Authenticate using 2FA
You will be prompted to authenticate with 2FA when you access the Profile tab in your portal.
If you are using an authentication app, enter the six-digit code from the app, then click Authenticate.
If you are using SMS authenticate, click ‘here’ to send an SMS code to your registered mobile number. Enter this code in the verification screen and click Authenticate.
You will be directed to your profile once you have successfully authenticated your access.
Remembering Your Device
The ‘Remember this device for 30 days’ checkbox allows you to save your authentication. If the checkbox is ticked, you won’t need to authenticate your access from that device for the next 30 days.
After 30 days, you will be prompted to authenticate again when you access your Profile tab.
If the checkbox is not ticked, you will need to authenticate each time you access your Profile tab.
Authenticating with your Backup Email Address
You can use your backup email address to authenticate if you are temporarily unable to access your usual 2FA device.
From the 2FA verification screen:

Click Recovery Options > No access to 2FA device temporarily.

Enter the one-time authentication code you receive via email into the ‘Enter code’ field.

Click Next.
Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password and are unable to authenticate, please contact an administrator for your portal so that they can reset your 2FA settings.
