Overview
If a timesheet which requires approval has not been actioned by a Primary Approver, the system will send an automated reminder. These system emails will be sent to:
- a Primary Approver if a timesheet hasn’t been reviewed by 12:30pm on the first day after a pay period ends; or,
- a Secondary Approver if a timesheet hasn’t been reviewed by 2:00pm on the first day after a pay period ends.
These notifications are sent based on the timezone set in Config > System Setup > Config > Local Time Settings for Your Company.
Approval reminders are not generated for expenses.
