Aged Receivables Report
The Reports > Invoices > Aged Receivables report shows the invoices in an entity, grouped by the number of days since they were issued or since the due date. The report can be used to monitor outstanding payments and credit notes.
The report includes an overall summary for the entity, with a list of outstanding invoices and credit notes underneath.
You can change the report to age invoices based on the Due Date or the Issue Date. If you need this setting changed, please contact our Support team.
On-screen Columns
The Aged Receivables Summary section of the report includes the following information:
- Outstanding Invoices
- Outstanding Credits
- Aging based on
- Total Outstanding Invoices
- Total Outstanding Credits
- Net Position
- Overdue Invoices
- Total Overdue Invoices
Each outstanding invoice or credit note will be listed with the following data:
- Customer
- Invoice/Credit
- Issue Date
- Due Date
- Days Aged
- Currency
- 0-7
- 8-14
- 15-30
- 31-60
- 61-90
- 91+
- Outstanding
Export Options
You can export the on-screen view of the Aged Receivables report in .pdf format or download a .csv file, which contains the following fields:
- Billing Entity
- Top Level Customer ID
