GL Integrations Available in Astute Payroll

Astute Payroll integrates with a number of GL finance systems. Each of these GL integrations varies in their functions and configurations. Some integrations are API supported, while others are file exports that you import into your finance software.

The tables below outline these integrations and what is supported in each. If there are major variations in what the integration does, each variation is listed separately.

Data Methods

Journal	Data will be exported into the General Ledger as journal entries
Invoice Created	Invoices will be replicated in the GL system
Payments Imported	Payments will be applied in the GL system and imported back into Astute

Account String

A constructed account string will be constructed using data in multiple fields. A simple account string will come from a single field.
