Job Attrition Report

Overview

The Reports > Management > Job Attrition Report shows the number of open and closed jobs at the start and end of a specified period.

The report data can be grouped by calendar month, financial year or calendar year, with the default view being the most recent full calendar month and the current month up to today’s date.

On-screen Columns

The on-screen view of the Job Attrition report will show the following data:

• Period
• Open Jobs at Start
• Jobs Opened
• Jobs Closed
• Open Jobs at End

Export Options

You can export the on-screen view of the report in either .pdf or .csv format. A Job List export is also available in .csv format and will contain the following data:

• Pay Through Entity
• Pay Through Entity ID
• Billing Entity
• Billing Entity ID
• Branch Region
• Branch
• Division
• Customer
• Customer ID
• Workplace
• Workplace ID
• Employee
• Employee ID
• Job Title
• Job ID
• Occupation
• Occupation ID
• Job Start Date
• Job End Date
• Primary Recruiter
• Primary Recruiter ID
• Permission Group
