If you're entitled to leave and have leave categories assigned to your profile, you'll be able to submit leave requests from within your employee portal.
Depending on how your profile is set up, you'll be able to submit a request in advance for approval, or you may be able to select a leave type in a block on your timesheet.
If you have regular hours and don’t submit a timesheet each pay period, you’ll need to submit any leave in a leave request. The days and hours in your leave request will populate based on the hours that have been set in your Master Timesheet. For more information on these settings, please contact your administrator.
View a Leave Request
You can view your pending and processed leave requests in Leave > Leave Requests. By default, your Leave Requests report will show all leave that is outstanding.
To view processed leave requests:
Go to Leave > Leave Requests.
Click Report Settings.
In the Show Leave Requests drop-down, select All Outstanding.
In Select Dates/Status, enter a From and To date to filter the search period and select the leave status you are searching for.
If you have regular hours and use a Master Timesheet, you can search for requests with a Pending Payment status. This filter will show you any leave requests that have been submitted and approved, but not processed yet.
