Overview
The Reports > Payroll > PAYG Tax Report summarises the total amounts withheld within a specified date range for an entity, with both an overall summary and individual employee totals.
The report shows data for the last full calendar month and the current month up to today’s date by default.
On-Screen Columns
The Report Summary section of the PAYG Tax Report includes the following data:
- Period
- Employees
- # of Payments
- Gross Wages
- Allowances
- Pre-tax Deductions
- Taxable Wages
- PAYG Tax
- PAYG Tax Deductions
- Expenses
The main report will include the following columns:
- Employee MID
- Employee
- Payments
- Gross Wages
- Allowance
- Pre-tax Deductions
- Taxable Wages
- PAYG Tax
- PAYG Tax Deductions
Export Options
You can export the on-screen view of the PAYG Tax Report as a .pdf or .csv. Each file will include the same data as shown in the Report Summary, but with individual employees reported separately.
