Overview
The Reports > Payroll > Payroll Tax Report (Historical Data) captures the payroll tax information for a specified month as a total and split by State totals. Where the ‘State’ is determined by the State for the workplace assigned to a job.
In addition to these totals, you can view the payroll tax data for individual employees.
The report is used for historical data in your portal and can be displayed by month or on annual periods up to the present. If you are unable to see the current month or financial year in the Report Settings, please contact support@astutepayroll.com. .

Export Options
You can export the on-screen data for the Payroll Tax Report (Historical Data) in either .pdf or .csv format. A ‘Detailed CSV’ is also available and will include the following columns:
- Pay Through Entity
- Branch
- Division
- Payable State
- Tax Rate
- Customer ID
- Customer
- Job Name
- Workplace State
- Employee ID
- MID
- Employee Surname
- Employee First Name
- Employee Pay Type Name
