Recruiter Margin Report

Overview

The Reports > Management > Recruiter Margin Report 2023 calculates the margin made per employee for each Recruiter within a specified period.

The Report Settings drop-down will be active when you load the report. You will need to either set the filters or click go to generate the default view of the report.

The report will display data from the last full calendar month and the current calendar month to today’s date if you apply the default settings.

It only includes payroll data that has been processed via Pay Conditions. Any data manually added in the Process Payroll screen or using a Fixed Pay Item is not included in the Recruiter Margin Report. 

Note: This version of the report uses the refined Payroll Tax calculation method, and allows you to subtotal your report by Recruiter in the Report Settings dropdown. It otherwise contains the same information as the older Reports > Management > Recruiter Margin Report. 

The older version of the report will be available in the short-term to allow time to adjust to the new report, and will be decommissioned in the future.

The on-screen view of the Recruiter Margin Report will include the following data:

• Recruiter Split %
• Total Charged
• Total Paid
• Oncosts
• Margin $
• Margin %
• Recruiter Margin $

Export Options

There are three exports available for the Recruiter Margin Report.

You can export the on-screen view in either .pdf or .csv format, or download the Detailed CSV which will contain the following data:

• Recruiter
• Employee
• Job
• Units Worked
• Units Paid
• Units Charged
• Allowances Claimed
• Allowances Paid
• Allowances Charged
• Total Paid
• Superannuation
• Payroll Tax
• Work Cover
• Total Charged
• Margin $
• Margin %
