Overview
The Reports > Users > Superannuation Details report lists the superannuation fund details and member numbers that have been added for each of your employees. You can use this report to review and, if necessary, edit the information provided by your employees. Once the required details have been provided, this report is used to ‘approve’ the information.
By default, the report will show you all employees that have not yet been approved. If an employee has not provided you with sufficient information to approve their fund details, they will appear on both this report and the SuperStream Compliance report.
Edit Superannuation Details for an Employee
The Superannuation Details report populates based on the information that has been entered in the Tax & Super tab of an employee profile.
You can edit the Account Name and Member Number for an employee, and approve details and view any documents that have been uploaded by an employee.
To view the superannuation details for an employee, click the + icon on the report line.
Verify and Approve Employee Superannuation Details
Once you have notified employees of outstanding superannuation details via the SuperStream Compliance report, you can verify and approve the information that they submit in the Superannuation Details report.
Regular review of submissions on the Superannuation Details report will ensure that the employees in your portal have accurate and complete superannuation information, which will prevent any issues when processing superannuation payments.
To approve an employee’s superannuation details, click the Approve button that appears in the expanded report line.
If you review a submission and do not approve it because something appears incorrect, you will need to contact the employee directly and ask them to amend their information. Once they have submitted the requested information, they will no longer appear on the SuperStream Compliance report.
