Supported Currency Configuration

Overview

Astute Payroll currently supports payroll for Australia (AUD) and New Zealand (NZD).

A list of additional currencies is available in Config > System Setup > Supported Currencies. These currencies can be enabled so that the currency unit can be used for invoicing purposes. You won’t be able to use a currency unless it is enabled in Config.

Available Currencies

The additional currencies that can be enabled for invoicing are listed below:

Enable and Disable Currencies

To enable a currency:

1. Go to Config > System Setup > Supported Currencies.
2. Tick the checkbox to the left of a currency.
3. Click ‘With selected…’ > Enable Currencies > Go.

Enabled currencies are marked as ‘Y’ in the Enabled column of the on-screen currency list.

An enabled currency can be disabled if it hasn’t been used in the portal, by following these steps:

1. Go to Config > System Setup > Supported Currencies.
2. Tick the checkbox to the left of a currency.
3. Click ‘With selected…’ > Disable Currencies > Go.
