Overview
Admin users can be given different levels of access, which will allow them to view some features and reports in Astute, without granting them full system access
When some permissions are added to a user profile, others will also be added by default. You can manually remove any default permissions that are added by unticking the checkbox.
System Administrators can edit the account permissions for a user by going to Users > Staff/Admins > select the user > More > System Access.
Permission Group Settings
For users who are not System Administrators, you will need to choose which permission group(s) they will be allowed to see details for.
To do this, select the permission group you want to give the user access to then click '+Add Permission Group'. You will need to do this for each permission group you want to give them access to. If you want to remove access to a permission group, click the red 'X' next to the one you no longer want them to view.
If you choose System Administrator in the Account Permissions section, you will not need to do this as these users will automatically have access to all permission groups.
