Overview
The Reports > User > ATO Validation report lists the errors that will prevent employees from meeting the ATO’s validation requirements for reporting.
By default, the report will include all active and inactive employees paid in the current Australian financial year who have an error.
To view the errors associated with a specific employee, click the number in the Errors column.
The report will also display other employee information (date of birth, email contact, TFN and address). These are for reference purpose only and, if they are not flagged specifically as an error, will not need to be amended.
On-screen Columns
The on-screen view of the report includes the following data:
- Employee
- Errors
- Date of Birth
- Tax File Number
- Address
- Suburb/Town
- State
- Postcode
Export Options
You can export the on-screen view of the ATO Validation report in either .pdf or .csv format.
