The Reports > Management > Budget Balance Report shows the remaining budget for each job that has a budget set against it in Config > Payroll > Budget Management. Jobs which have not had a budget allocated will not appear on the report.
This report will only appear in your portal if the Budget Management module has been enabled.
The on-screen view of the Budget Balance Report will include the following data:
- Full Name
- Job Title
- Budget Start
- Budget Amount
- Total Units Worked
- Units Balance
You can export a .csv file of the on-screen view of this report.
