Employee Contact Details Report

The Reports > User > Employee Contact Details report lists the personal information for employees in your entity, including email address, physical address, telephone number and emergency contact details.

On-screen Columns

The on-screen view of the Employee Contact Details report includes the following data:

Name
Username
Phone
Email
Address

Export Options

You can export the on-screen view of the report in .pdf format, or download the Employee Contact Details in a .csv file that contains the on-screen data as well as an employee’s emergency contact information.
