Overview
You can view employee pay information in Payroll > Process Payroll > Employee Pays. The report will show all finalised timesheets which have not yet been paid by default, with each pay split to show the number of units allocated to each day of the week.
You can view a more detailed summary of the interpreted data by clicking the blue information icon for a specific employee's pay.
The ‘With Selected…’ drop-down includes options to mark selected timesheets as manually paid or to mark timesheets unpaid.
The report is also accessible from Reports > Payroll > Employee Pays.
You can manage which columns are included in the exported version of the Employee Pays report by ticking the checkboxes in Config > Payroll > Pay Report Export.
The ‘Columns to include’ that are selected will appear in the .csv exported from Reports > Pay Report > Employee Pays.
Tick the relevant checkbox for ‘Start and Finish times’ or ‘Job Title, Start and End dates’, then click Save to save your preferences.
