If you have Custom Forms built into your portal, these are presented to an employee in their portal, listed alongside standard options in the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.
Employees can access the custom form at any time. Changes made by employees will flow through to the Admin view and the payroll extract.
Interaction with Standard Forms
The Personal Details and Employment Details forms in Astute will still be used when you have custom forms in place. Where these forms include regional information (eg address), the regional configuration will update the forms to support these elements.
Payroll related information on these standard forms will be included in the payroll extract. These elements are highlighted in each section below.
All details on this form will be exported to the payroll extract.
