Employment Eligibility Report

Overview

The Employment Eligibility report shows the eligibility details that have been assigned to employees. These details are pulled from the Employment Eligibility tab of PAYG or PAYE employee profiles and include visa specifications, residency status and citizenship status.

You can access this report in: 

• Payroll > Status Reports > Employment Eligibility
• Reports > Payroll > Employment Eligibility

For more specific details on employees’ visa conditions, you can view the Visa Status report.

On-screen Columns

The Employment Eligibility report includes the following data:

• Name
• Eligibility
• Phone
• Email

You can download the on-screen view of the Employment Eligibility report in .pdf or .csv format.
