Once leave is configured in your portal, you will need to determine whether it is assigned to individual employees and select which of their jobs it will apply to.
Enable Leave on a Job
If an employee has multiple jobs set up in their user profile, you will need to configure each job individually if leave should be enabled.
- Go to Users > Employees > select the employee > select the job > Job Details.
- In Job Settings, tick the Use Job For > Leave checkbox.
- Click Save.
If employees are allowed to submit partial day requests, you will also need to tick the Split Shifts checkbox.
