Fulfillment on Basis of Tenure Report

Overview

The Reports > Management > Fulfillment on Basis of Tenure report lists employees who have worked at a customer site for a specified amount of time.

By default, the report will display data for employees who have worked a minimum of 40 weeks as at today’s date.

You can use the report to check attendance statistics, both overall for the job and for each employee.

On-screen Columns

The Report Summary section of the Fulfillment on Basis of Tenure report includes the following data:

• Period Start
• Period End
• Total Weeks
• Total Available Weeks
• Worked Weeks
• Missed Weeks
• Worked Weeks %
• Employees
• Jobs
• Customers

Each employee line in the report will contain the following information:

• Employee
• Span
• Available
• Worked
• Missed
• Attendance
• Start Date
• End Date

Export Options

You can export the on-screen view of the report in .pdf format. The Normal CSV export contains the following fields:

• Division
• Branch
• Branch Region
• Parent Customer ID
• Parent Customer Remote ID
