Overview
The Reports > Payroll > Pay Item Balance Report shows your employees’ pay date split by the Pay Items that have been used.
By default, the report will show data for the current financial year and can be used to confirm year-to-date totals at the end of the financial year.
On-screen Columns
The on-screen view of the Pay Item Balance Report will include the following data:
- Name
- Period
- Pay Item
- Pay Type
- Units
- Pay Currency
- Amount
- Payment Summary Section
Export Options
You can export the Pay Item Balance Report as either a .pdf or .csv file. Both will include the on-screen data, with the .csv also showing the MID for each report line.
