Switch Between Entities in a Portal

Overview

In portals with a single entity, your Dashboard will sit on the far left of the primary function bar.

If your portal has more than one entity set up, the primary function bar will include a tab to the left that shows the entity that you are currently viewing.

Switch Entities

To switch to another entity:

1. Click on the name of the current entity in the primary function bar across the top of the screen.
2. Click the entity you would like to access from the drop-down list that appears.

Reports for timesheets, invoicing and other modules will only include data for the active entity, unless you have applied an ‘All Entities’ filter.

You’ll need to ensure that the correct entity is being accessed or that a filter is applied when you generate these reports.
