Once a TFN Declaration has been submitted for an employee, they won't be prompted to update or resubmit a declaration. If you need to prompt them to do this, you can request that they complete a new TFN declaration or prepare a Paper Submission on their behalf.
Update a TFN Declaration
If you need to request a new TFN declaration be completed by an employee:
Go to Users > Employees > select the employee > Tax & Super.
Click the ‘Request New TFN Declaration’.
Set a due date that the TFN Declaration should be submitted.
Employees can also start a new declaration in their own portal by clicking the ‘Start New TFN Declaration’ button in their Tax & Super screen, if they need to change their existing tax details.
