Overview
The Profile tab in your portal is where your can view your personal and employment details. It is also where you can edit your personal details if you:
- are a subcontractor;
- are an employee in a portal with a non-AU region;
- are a PAYG employee who has already completed their employee onboarding and need to make changes to your personal details; or,
- are a PAYG employee in a portal where the onboarding process is not enabled.
You will only be able to access your Profile if you have configured 2FA in your portal, and have accepted the Astute Payroll Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any additional compliance documentation set by your employer or agency. If 2FA is not configured, you will see a padlock icon in the Profile tab on your homepage.
You can confirm that you have entered all mandatory data required to include you in payroll by checking if there are any red exclamation mark icons in your Profile tab. You’ll also see a banner at the top of the screen to advise you if your profile is incomplete.
If you’re a PAYG employee using the onboarding wizard, and have not provided all your mandatory information, you’ll continue to see the related onboarding screen each time you login until you provide these details. Once the onboarding wizard has been completed, if you need to update any of your personal details, you can do so from the Profile tab.
