When is a Pay Run 'Paid'?

Overview

The system will update the status of a pay run to Paid when the following conditions have been met:

• The pay run is locked
• The pay run has been marked as Paid

Marking a pay run as Paid will also update the timesheets to a Paid status, even for pay runs with a future pay date.
