If you have a query relating to your timesheets, wages, superannuation, or emails that you're receiving about incomplete payroll information, you will need to contact your employer, payroll team, or agency directly.
If you're unable to log into your portal, please check the information in this article first and if you're still having issues, please contact our support team.

I've submitted my timesheet but need to change it
If you have already submitted your timesheet for approval and then realise it needs to be edited, you will need to contact your employer directly for further assistance.
If it's 'Pending Approval' please contact your Approver or the payroll team and let them know it needs to be rejected. Once rejected, you can make the required changes and re-submit it.
If it's 'Approved' or has been submitted as 'Did Not Work', you will need to speak to the payroll team at your agency as they will need to reset it.
Astute Payroll cannot reject or reset timesheets on behalf of employers or agencies.
