Follow this link to access the online sign-up form.
Enter your contact email address, first and last name, then enter your Astute portal URL in the Client field. The User Type field is optional.
In the Tags field, enter the regions that are enabled in your Astute portal (eg AU, NZ) to ensure that you receive the appropriate communications.
Click Subscribe.
Follow the prompts in the reCaptcha screen to verify you are not a robot then click Subscribe.
You'll be sent an email to your nominated email address to authorise the subscription. Click the link in the email you have been sent to finalise the subscription process.

Timesheet Locking when Queued for Finalisation. Timesheets that are queued for finalising will now be marked with a lock icon in the Payroll > Process Payroll > Pay Conditions screen. You won't be able to make any changes to the timesheet while it is locked.

Payroll Tax in NSW. The Payroll Tax rate for NSW has been updated in all portals, in line with FY 2022/23 values from Revenue NSW.

Unassigning Leave Types. A leave type assigned to an employee cannot be unassigned if it has a balance other than zero. Balances will need to updated in the employee's Leave tab prior to being able to unassign the leave type.
