We send out Release Notes communications to subscribed contacts that cover off any new functionality that is released, changes and updates to our system, and important information around legislative changes that may impact your processing.
If there are users who start in your organisation who should be receiving updates about new functionality or changes to the system, they will need to request to be added to our mailing list.
Subscribe a New Contact to the Mailing List
You can sign up to receive these emails. In the subscription form:
- Enter your contact email address, first and last name, then enter their Astute portal in the Client field. The User Type field is optional.
- In the Tags field, type in the regions enabled in your Astute portal (eg AU, NZ) to ensure that you receive the appropriate communications.
- Click Subscribe.
- Follow the prompts in the reCaptcha screen to verify you are not a robot then click Subscribe.
- You'll be sent an email to your nominated email address to confirm that you would like to subscribe to the mailing, as an additional level of security. Click the link the email to finalise your subscription.
Remove a Contact from the Mailing List
If a user in your organisation no longer needs to receive our Release Notes communications (eg termination of employment, moving into a new role), they can unsubscribe by clicking on the link in any of the Release Notes emails.
In these cases, we strongly recommend that you ensure that another user in your organisation is actively subscribed to ensure that you don't miss out on any information information regarding Astute Payroll.
