Overview
The Reports > Payroll > Leave Anniversary Report can be used to confirm which of your employees have upcoming leave anniversaries.
You can use the report to check that leave accruals are applying correctly, particularly for leave categories with an Accrual Method of Periodic or Annual Lump Sum.
This report will not automatically run when you open it, so you will need to apply the relevant filters from Report Settings before any data will populate.
These filters include Payroll Entity, Billing Entity, Permission Group, Employee Search, Leave Type, Leave Category Start Date, and Last Accrued Date. You can also include Inactive, Archived, or Locked employees in the report by ticking the relevant checkbox.
Note: The Leave Anniversary Report is a NZ-specific report and will not appear in portals unless the NZ region has been enabled. The report is designed to assist with NZ leave accruals, and is not intended to report on leave anniversaries for Australian entities.
