Overview
The Reports > User > KiwiSaver Details Report is a summary of the individual KiwiSaver settings that have been applied for each employee. It will appear in entities with New Zealand set as the regulatory region.
You can apply a range of filters from the Report Settings drop-down list, and include Inactive, Archived, or Locked employees by ticking the relevant checkbox.
Using the Report Settings > Engagement Type filter, this report will also help you identify casual employees who have worked more than 28 days, have not yet opted out of KiwiSaver, and do not yet have KiwiSaver deductions and contributions set up in their user profile.
On-screen Columns
The KiwiSaver Details Report will show the following data on-screen:
- Employee Name
- Employee Start Date
- Contribution Name
- Deduction Name
- ESCT Rate
- KiwiSaver Eligible
- KiwiSaver Opted Out
- On Contribution Holiday
Note: if an employee has multiple active KiwiSaver contributions or deductions then the second contributions or deductions will be shown as a separate record.
Export Options
You can export the on-screen view in .pdf format, or download a Detailed Report in .csv format. The Detailed Report .csv file contains the following columns:
