Assign a Bulk Upload List to a Customer
In Users > Customers > select customer > Default Settings, you will see an item called ‘Default Bulk Upload List’. The dropdown list on this line be set to ‘Use Portal Default’ and will show any lists that you have created in Config.
Assign a Bulk Upload List to a Workplace
If there are Workplaces created within the Customer, you can also manage the default Bulk Upload List. In a Workplace, the default setting is ‘Use Customer Default’.
Leaving the settings as they are above (ie Use Portal Default and Use Customer Default), all employees will automatically be linked to the bulk upload list that you have set as the default in Config > Payroll > Bulk Upload Lists.
If a Customer moves to online timesheets, you will need to ensure that the Customer profile, Workplaces, and linked employees are reconfigured. Please refer to this article for more information.
