Induction Process Alert
The Config > Payroll > Induction Process Alert screen sets the message alert that employees will receive when they log into their portal if there is mandatory information missing from their user profile.
The default text for this alert is ‘Please complete mandatory information before logging in’.
To customise the alert, enter your preferred message in the free-text Incomplete Induction Process Alert field and click Save.
Future Timesheet Alert
Timesheet message alerts can be configured in Config > Payroll > Future Timesheet Alert. There are two alerts that you can customise:
|Future Timesheet Heading Alert||
Displays as a timesheet banner when an employee accesses a timesheet for a future period
Default text is set as ‘This timesheet is for a future period’
|Future Timesheet Submit Alert||
Displays in a popup window when an employee submits a timesheet for a future period
Default text is set as ‘The timesheet you are submitting is for a future work period. This timesheet will not be paid until after the work period finishes. Do you want to continue?’
