The Projects tab is only visible if the Project Management module is enabled in a portal. To have this switched on, please contact Support.
Once enabled, you can manage Projects and Activities in Config > Projects, which you can then assign to your Customers and employees.
Individual components or tasks in a project can be set up as an activity, which is then linked in the system to the project.
When a timesheet is being completed, you can enter time blocks worked against an individual activity. You’ll be able to record time units for multiple activities on each timesheet, however it isn’t possible to split timesheet approvals by activity.
