Overview
The Users > Customers report can be exported in .csv format, summarising the settings that have been configured for the customers in your portal. This can be exported in a 'Normal' or 'Detailed' format.
Please note that some of the data columns listed below may not appear, as this is dependent on how your portal has been configured.
Normal CSV
The Normal CSV contains basic information about each customer, including the Company and Trading Names, ABN, and address. This file will also report the Remote IDs for the customer and for the associated parent customer, if relevant.
To download the Normal CSV, go to Users > Customers > Export > Export Normal CSV. The file will download as Customer_Export_yyymmdd.csv, where 'yyyymmdd' is the date of download.
Detailed CSV
The Detailed CSV export contains additional information regarding how the customer profiles in your portal have been set up. To export this file, go to Users > Customers > Export > Export Detailed CSV.
The report will download with the file name format of Customer_Export_yyymmdd.csv, where 'yyyymmdd' is the date of download.
The Detailed CSV can report the following information. Please note that some columns will only be reported if the associated module is enabled in your portal. For example, Custom Fields columns will not be included in the export if they have not been configured.

Additional columns will appear for each custom field that has been enabled and configured in your portal. These columns will be titled with the associated custom field name that has been entered in your Master Config.
