Some processes in your portal will use Batching so you can continue working in other areas of the portal while this progresses. The progress bar for a successful batch will disappear automatically when the task is completed. Batches that contain errors will display on-screen, as an action is required to confirm and amend the error.
You can dismiss a batch by clicking the red ‘X’ icon to the right of the progress bar.
Click the ‘...’ icon to access the status page, which provides more information for the batch, including any error details,
Batch Status Page
The status page will generally include a summary of the batch contents and a Detailed Item Information section, which lists each of the items in the batch and its processing status.
The progress bar at the top of the status page will update as the batch progresses. You can refresh the Summary Item Information and Detailed Item Information section as the batch processes by clicking ‘Refresh’.
Detailed Item Information
The Detailed Item Information section includes a description of each item and its current processing status. To expand the Detailed Item Information section, click ‘Click to Show/Hide’.
Items that are successfully processed will be highlighted green and show a status of ‘Success’.
Issues which occur in a batch will show in the Error Report. You can view this section in more detail by clicking ‘Click to Show/Hide’.
Each error will be listed on a separate line, with the Name of the item and the associated error message. You can use the Error Report to identify the issues that you will need to amend before you reattempt the action.
The Error Report section will only show on the status page in batches where there have been errors.
