Edit an Insurance
You can edit an Insurance by clicking on the Classification Name in the Insurance report.
In the Edit Insurances screen, you can edit the Classification Name, Insurance and Tags fields. The State and Region fields will lock once the Insurance item is created and saved.
The Rate History section shows a list of previous and current rate settings in the order that they have been added, from most recent to oldest.
To update the Insurance Rate:

Go to Config > Payroll > Insurances.

Click Add New Rate to view the Update Insurance Rate options.

Enter the new details. The Start Date for a new rate cannot be backdated, so you can only enter a current or future date can be entered in this field.

Click Save.
Clone an Insurance
To clone an Insurance:

Select the insurance you would like to clone from Config > Payroll > Insurances.

Click With selected insurances > Clone > Go > Confirm. This will create a duplicate of the existing insurance with the same settings.

Edit the settings as required. All fields except for Region can be edited prior to saving.

Click Save.
You can only clone one insurance at a time.
