The Reports > Management > Estimated Profit Report (EPR) compares incoming and outgoing costs to estimate the profit margin on an employee, Job and Customer level within a specified date range.
The Report Settings drop-down will be active when you open the report. You can enter filter criteria or click Go for the default view of the report. The report will default to show data for the full previous calendar month, as well as the current month up to today’s date.
The data used to calculate the estimations is refreshed each night, pulling through any updated data entered in the system that day.
The Summary and Total Amounts at the top of the EPR will include the following data:
- Data Created
- Total Incoming
- Total Payment
- Total Oncosts
- Total Outgoing
- Profit %
The report will also include data below the Summary section which breaks down the summary data, based on the summarisation options that you set in the Report Options drop-down.
