If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on your login screen.
To reset the password, you will need to enter your username (ie firstname.lastname) or email address, then select ‘Reset Password’.
Users who don’t know their username or the email address associated with their portal will need to contact their recruiter or an administrator for the portal. Please note that Astute Payroll is not able to reset your password on behalf of your agency or employer.
Once you’ve entered your username or email address, you will need to answer the security questions you have set up to verify your request.
Enter the answer for each question and click Reset Password. If an answer is incorrect, it will be flagged by the system.
A notification will be sent to your nominated email address once you have answered your security questions correctly. The notification will include a URL to follow so that you can follow the password to set up your new password and security questions.
