Reset a Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on your login screen.

To reset the password, you will need to enter your username or email address, then select Reset Password.

Your username is generally formatted as firstname.lastname (eg roger.smith). If you don't know your username or the email address associated with your portal access, you will need to contact your recruiter or an administrator for the portal.

IMPORTANT: Astute Payroll cannot reset your password on behalf of your agency or employer. 

Once you’ve entered your username or email address, you will need to answer the security questions you have set up to verify your request.

Enter the answer for each question and click Reset Password. If an answer is incorrect, it will be flagged by the system.

A notification will be sent to your nominated email address once you have answered your security questions correctly. The notification will include a URL to follow so that you can follow the password to set up your new password and security questions.
