Overview
The Reports > Invoices > Search Invoices report allows you to search for specific invoices created in your entity.
You can filter the report using a number of criteria, including Invoice Number, status, Invoice Item Type, source, date range, and amounts.
To write off an invoice from the Search Invoices report:

Tick the checkbox to select the invoice.

Click With selected Invoices > Write-off options.

Select the write-off option to apply.
You are also able to create a new invoice in the top right of the report. When you click ‘New Invoice’, this will create a draft invoice where you can manually enter the invoice data.
On-screen Columns
The on-screen view of the Search Invoices report will include the following data:
- Invoice
- Issue Date
- Due Date
- Currency
- Total
- Outstanding
- Delivery
- Status
Export Options
You can export the on-screen view of the report in .pdf format or download the Normal CSV, which contains the following fields:
- Entity Name
- Branch Region
- Branch
- Division
- Due Date
- Top Level Customer ID
- Top Level Customer Name
- Customer ID
- Customer
- Billing Group ID
- Billing Group
- Invoice ID
- Invoice #
- Issue Date
- Currency
- Total
- Outstanding
- Delivery
- Status
