SuperStream Compliance Report

Overview

The Reports > User > SuperStream Compliance report is a list of any compliance issues which will prevent employees’ SuperStream contributions from being submitted successfully.

The report includes a separate line for each employee who has not provided enough information to enable you to pay their superannuation according to SuperStream reporting requirements. 

Each report line will identify an employee and the number of errors associated with their superannuation details. You can expand an employee to view these errors by clicking the + icon, and rectify any issues by clicking on the employee name to open their user profile. 

The report can be filtered to show only employees who have been paid super or who have been assigned a superannuation item in their user profile. 

Send a SuperStream Compliance Notification

You can send a notification email to employees from within the SuperStream Compliance report to advise them of any missing information and request that they log into their portal to provide these details. 

To send a notification, tick the checkbox to the left of an employee’s name then click With selected User… > Email Employees. A popup window will confirm that the notifications have been sent. 

On-screen Columns

The on-screen view of the SuperStream Compliance report includes each employee on a separate line, with the associated number of Errors.

To view errors for an employee, click the + icon to expand the employee’s report line.

Export Options

You can export the on-screen view in either .pdf or .csv format.

A Detailed CSV is also available, which contains the following fields:

• Date of Birth
• Address
• Suburb/Town
• State
• Postcode
