Overview
The Entity Details tab stores general information that is specific to the entity. Entity Details can be updated at any time by going to Config > Company Management > select the entity > Entity Details.
Once an Entity is enabled, it can not be deleted, you can only disable it. You can not disable or change the default Entity.
Entity Name | The name of the entity. Used as the ‘From’ name in general communications that are sent out in the portal |
Trading Name | An optional trading name for the entity, if this is different from the Entity Name |
Enabled | A checkbox to indicate if the entity is active. Cannot be deselected for the default entity in a portal |
ABN | In Australian portals, the ABN for the entity |
Registered for Branching | In Australian portals, if you are registered for GST branching, tick this box to be able to set branch numbers for your entities. |
Payroll Team Email | The primary contact email for payroll |
Payroll Team Phone | The primary contact phone number for payroll |
Email "From" Address |
The email address that email has been sent from, used when system and scheduled notifications are sent from your portal |
Email "Reply-To" Address | The default email address listed as the ‘reply-to’ address when emails are sent from the system. Used for general communications and will also apply if specific invoicing and payroll email addresses have not been entered |
Email Signature | A free text field to configure the signature that will appear at the bottom of some payroll system notifications |
Timesheet Start Date | The first date that timesheets will be available for this Entity |
