Overview
The Reports > Management > Hours Worked report shows the total hours worked by employees for each Customer in a specified period.
The Hours Worked Report includes a Report Summary, showing the overall summary of hours for the entity, with each Customer in a separate report line below.
The default view of the report will show data for the last six full calendar months. You can change the filters and the summarisation criteria from the Report Settings drop-down.
On-screen Columns
The Report Summary will include the following data:
- Period
- Months
- Customers
- Employees
- Total Hours Worked
- Hours per Month
- Hours per Customer
- Hours per Employee
- Maximum Variation
- Minimum Variation
- Average Variation
Each Customer’s reporting line will include the following data:
- Customer
- Months
- Employees
- Total Hours
- Max per Month
- Min per Month
- Avg per Month
- Avg Variation
- History
Export Options
You can export the on-screen view of the Hours Worked report in .pdf or .csv format. The column headings that appear in the exports will vary, depending on how you have set the summarisation criteria.
The Fluctuations .csv can also be exported for default settings only. It will contain the following data:
- Customer ID
- Customer Remote ID
- Customer
- Employees
- Avg Variation
