Overview
The Record Search report lists the details and hours for all timesheets in an entity. The report can be accessed from two places in the system:
- Reports > Management > Record Search
- Reports > System History > Record Search
The report will load as ‘Show Details’ by default, with the Issue-Date From and Issue-Date To set as the start of the last pay period. You can toggle between ‘Show Details’ and ‘Show Hours’ and filter the report to find specific timesheet records.
On-screen Columns
The Show Details screen includes the following data:
- Date
- Employee
- Workplace
- Customer
- Recruiter
- Status
- Payable
- Type
The Show Hours screen includes the following data:
- Date
- Employee
- Status
- Mon
- Tue
- Wed
- Thu
- Fri
- Sat
- Sun
- Wk
- Payable
- Type
Export Options
You can download individual timesheets by clicking the PDF icon in the far right column of a report line.
To download multiple timesheets at once, tick the checkbox for the items you want to download and click ‘Export Selected as PDFs’.
You can export selected files as a .csv by ticking the checkbox for the items you want to download, then ‘Export all to CSV’.
The ‘Export all to CSV’ file will include the following data:
- Date
- Employee
- Workplace
- Approver
- Recruiter
- Division
- Pay Interval
- Pay Notes
- Monday
- Tuesday
- Wednesday
- Thursday
- Friday
- Saturday
- Sunday
- Week
- Payable
- Pay Rate
- Gross Pay
- Charge Rate
- Total Charge
- Leave Notes
- Timesheet Notes
