Mock Setting for Testing Communications

Overview

A Mock setting can be enabled in onboarding portals and sandboxes so that email and SMS communications can be tested and viewed without sending an actual notification to a user.

Notifications that are generated by the portal when the Mock setting is enabled will show in Reports > System History > Communication Log, as both the plain text and HTML version that a recipient will see.

If you would like this functionality to be enabled in your portal or a sandbox, please contact our Support Team.

Please note that when the Mock setting is enabled, you will not be able to send emails or SMS notifications to users.
