You can resend an email directly from Reports > System History > Communication Log by clicking ‘Resend’ against the relevant item.
You’ll only see this option for original communications, so you won’t be able to resend an already resent copy of a communication.
The ‘Resend Communication’ popup window lets you choose to resend the communication to the same recipient or a new recipient. If you’re sending to a new recipient, enter their email address in the extra field that appears and click Proceed to send the email.
If you send an email to a new recipient, this won’t change any existing Approver settings that may apply.
