Timesheet Variation Report

Overview

The Reports > Management > Timesheet Variation Report lists any pay or charge amounts that have been charged and vary from the expected Pay Rate or Charge Rate total.

The report will include data for the last full calendar month and the current month up to today’s date as the default view.

On-screen Columns

The on-screen view of the Timesheet Variation Report will include the following data:

• Employee
• Timesheet
• Pay Currency
• Expected
• Paid
• Pay Run
• Charge Currency
• Expected
• Charged
• Invoice Number

Export Options

You can export the on-screen view of the report in .pdf format. The Normal CSV export will contain the following fields:

• Customer ID
• Customer
• Workplace
• Pay Run
• Timesheet
• Date
• Job ID
• Employee
• Pay Currency
• Charge Currency
• Expected
• Paid
• Pay Variation
• Expected
• Charged
• Charge Variation
• Pay Item
• Charge Item
• Invoice Number
