Overview
The Reports > System History > Audit Report can be used to track and review historical changes made across a number of modules in your Astute portal.
Each time data is added, updated, removed, or deleted, a record of the change is recorded in the Audit Report, identifying when the change was made, what the change was, and who made it.
Available Information in the Audit Report
Currently, the Audit Report tracks the following information:
- Customer Profiles - including Approver Groups, Workplaces, and Billing Groups
- Supplier Profiles
- Leave Configuration - Leave Categories and Leave Approvers
- Pay Conditions

Filter the Audit Report
The Audit Report has an expandable filter view that can be used to customise which results will display in the onscreen report. When the report is first loaded, this filter window will be active. To minimise it, click the down arrow on the right side of the screen.

Module | The high level modules in the Astute system that have been configured for auditing. |

Sub Module |
The categories within each module that can be included in the Audit Report. If the Module filter is set to ‘Any’, the Sub Module filter cannot be set. |

Action | The type of change or action that has been performed in the system. |

Actioned By | Displays actions that have been performed by the specified user only. | Free text |
Affected User | Displays actions made to a specified user. This field will only appear when the Module filter is set to ‘Users’. | Free text |
Keyword | Displays all results that match the keyword that is entered. | Free text |
From Date | Displays all results on and after the specified date to the present | |
To Date | Displays all results up until the specified date. |
To apply filters, make the selections you require or enter your free-text values, then click Submit.
When more than one filter is included in a single query, all filter criteria will be applied and only results that meet all criteria will display.
Please note that updates made via the API will not be included in the Audit Report.
