User Reporting

Overview

You can export a report for each of the user types in Astute, which summarises the data associated with each user in either .pdf format or as a .csv file. Reports can be exported for the following user types by going to the Users tab and clicking on the relevant section:

• Employees
• Approvers
• Suppliers
• Customers
• Staff/Admins

Employee Exports

The Users > Employees export includes an option to download a current view .pdf that contains the following information:

• Name
• Type
• Login
• Active Jobs (#)
• Inactive Jobs (#)

You can also download a .csv file that includes the following employee data:

• MID
• Name
• Employee Remote ID
• Login
• Gender
• Date of Birth
• Type
• Permission Group
• Engagement
• Pay Through Entity
• Pay Cycle
• Employment Start Date
• Last Paid Date
• Termination Date
• Termination Reason
• Full Time Week (Reporting Timesheet)
• Active Jobs
• Inactive Jobs

Approver Exports

The Users > Approvers report can be exported in .pdf or .csv format. The .pdf and .csv options both export the current on-screen data, with each file containing the following columns:

• Name
• Login
• Active Jobs (#)
• Inactive Jobs (#)

Supplier Exports

The Users > Suppliers can be exported in .pdf or .csv format. The .pdf export contains the current on-screen data, with the following columns included:

• Region
• Supplier
• Profiles
• Sole Trader
• Account Code

The .csv file includes the on-screen data as well as additional information. It contains:

• Region
• SID
• Supplier Name
• Profiles
• ABN
• Sole Trader
• GST Registered
• TPAR Required
• Payroll Tax Exempt
• Account Code
• Contact
• Primary Email
• Additional Email
• Phone
• Address
• Town/Suburb
• State
• Postcode
• PAMID
• Pay Advice

Customer Exports

The Users > Customers report can be exported either as an on-screen .pdf or as one of two .csv options: Normal or Detailed. 

The .pdf export contains a summary of the on-screen report, including the following data:

• Trading Name
• Active Jobs
• Region
• Workplaces

The Normal .csv includes the following data:

• BID
• Company Name
• Trading Name
• Parent BID
• Parent Company Name
• Parent Trading Name
• ABN
• Street Address
• Suburb
• Postcode
• Region
• Phone

The Detailed .csv includes the same information as the Normal .csv, with additional data reported. The columns in the Detailed .csv export are:

• Company Name

Staff/Admin Exports

The Users > Staff/Admins report can be exported in either .pdf or .csv format. Both exports will include the same data as in the on-screen report:
