Visa Configuration

Overview

The Config > System Setup > Visas section contains a list of preset visa types that can be assigned to employee profiles. You can enable visa types, configure custom visa types, and set whether employees are able to enter their own visa information.

Visa Control Settings

The Visa Control Settings for your portal manage if employees can enter their own visa details and whether the visa fields in an employee profile are mandatory.

Ticking the Config > System Setup > Visa Control Settings > ‘Enable User Control’ checkbox allows employees to add their own visa information directly into their user profile.

If ‘This is a mandatory field’ is ticked, the visa details fields will be considered part of the required information when an employee’s user profile is being set up.
